A member of the Norwegian Hull Club team since 2005, Ann Charloth Endresen possesses formidable experience within global marine insurance.

Originally employed as a Senior Claims Handler and Adjuster, Ann Charloth went on to work as a Claims Manager from 2010-2016, focusing on Norway, Central Europe and the Far East.

Since 2016 she has been working as a Senior Claims Handler and Adjuster, working with The Club's clients in Norway and mid-Europe.

Prior to joining The Club, Ann Charloth garnered almost a decade's worth of experience as a Claims Adjuster within Marine & Energy at another insurance provider, as well as seven years in a claim manager role elsewhere. She also possesses a number of insurance-related qualifications from various institutions in Norway, plus Maritime Arctic competence, chartering and shipbroking, as well as business finance qualifications.

She says: "What drives me is to be of help to our clients, whenever needed. By doing good work and being close to our clients, we get to learn new things every day. That is very satisfying."
